This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through the business inquiry form on this website.
What we collect
When you submit a business inquiry we receive the details you enter in the form: your company name, contact person, business email, and — depending on what you fill in — a phone or WhatsApp number, a WeChat ID, your country and city, your company website, your business type, expected purchasing volume, the products and cookie designs you selected, and your message. We also record the page you arrived on, the referring website and any campaign parameters in the link you used, so we can tell which outreach or advertisement an inquiry came from.
Why we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to answer your business inquiry and to discuss products, samples and commercial terms with you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in a managed database (Supabase), a notification is sent to our team by email, and a confirmation with your reference number is sent to the address you provided. Access is limited to the people who handle B2B inquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to maintain the business relationship, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer relevant.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language choice, and the products you have selected for a sample request, in your browser so they survive a reload. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will handle it.
